The wooden rollers produce a rougher sheeter compared to the one made with steel cylinders, so the result is very similar to a hand-rolled sheet made with a wooden rolling pin; this feature allows the sheet to better absorb and retain sauces.
For Residential or Commercial use it makes rolling out of various types of Pasta dough: puff pastry, pizza dough a breeze.
Practical and easy to use, the rollers can be adjusted from 0 to 7,5 mm to achieve the desired dough thickness. The rotation speed is constant at approximately 800 rpm. The machine is highly reliable and equipped with safety systems essential for operator safety. The pasta cutter accessory can be attached to the sheeter, with 1 or 3 cuts of your choice to make tagliolini, tagliatelle, pappardelle, etc.
