The P17 offers a large catalog of interchangeable bronze pasta molds.
It includes: 3 pasta Dies (Of your choice), 1 swivel Electric cutting motor for short pasta’s
1 fan for preliminary drying of pasta,
1 single blade knife,1 double blade knife, 1 trolley on casters with basket holder.
You also have the option of adding : a sequential cut for long doughs (spaghetti, tagliatelle…), an extrusion barrel that can accommodate a cooling system, a refrigerated unit, a mold for lasagna sheets.
