A 210mm (8.25″) broad sheet of pasta is produced by the Imperia R220 table top pasta sheeter, which can be used to make tagliatelle, lasagna, and sheets for stuffed pasta dishes like ravioli, tortellini, and cappelletti. The range for pasta sheet thickness is 0 to 5 mm. Tagliatelle, fettuccine, and pappardelle are just a few examples of the common pasta forms that optional cutter attachments for the R220 can be used to cut your pasta sheet into.
